ARRMA offers Free Worldwide Shipping on eligible orders. There is no standard shipping charge added for worldwide delivery.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges are included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If such fees occur, they will be covered by us.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

ARRMA Free Worldwide Shipping includes customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges when applicable. If these fees occur, they will be covered by us as part of the Free Worldwide Shipping service.

Customers are not responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges separately for eligible ARRMA Free Worldwide Shipping orders.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • For delayed packages, include your order number and tracking information if available.
  • For lost packages, contact us after checking the tracking status and delivery address.
  • For damaged packages, include clear photos of the item, packaging, label, and any visible damage.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days, but delays may occur due to weather, destination restrictions, high order volume, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, incorrect address details, or other events outside normal processing.

ARRMA will help review shipping questions when contacted, but delivery dates are estimates and should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival date.
